• New dosage forms

THE FUTURE OF SMALL MOLECULES

Currently, the pharmaceutical industry is mainly dedicated to the development of biological drugs, which represent an important stake in the treatment of certain diseases. However, small molecules still have the largest share of drugs with MA on the US market today.

In 2020, 53 drugs were approved by the FDA, including 38 for drugs formulated with small molecules :
